To make the crust: Add butter, cream cheese and flour to a bowl. Using a fork blend the ingredients together to a pie dough consistency.
Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and put into a mini muffin tin. Press the dough into the muffin tin cup until it lines the cup.
Make the filling: add all filling ingredients to a bowl and mix well with a fork or in a mixer on low.
Fill the dough cups with the pecan filling until just below the edge of the dough. Place in a 375F oven for 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely and enjoy!
