Healthy Baked Oatmeal Recipe

This protein packed, healthy baked oatmeal recipe is sure to become a favorite. It's simple and quick to make and you can choose any fruit you like!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries/fruit

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a 9x13 baking dish, add oatmeal, baking powder and salt.
  • In a medium bowl, add milk, eggs, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix well
  • Add the wet ingredients to the oatmeal and mix well.
  • Add your choice of berries or fruit to the top.
  • slice pats of butter and dot around the oatmeal and fruit (use the amount of butter you'd like - I usually add 3-4 tbsp)
