Healthy Baked Oatmeal Recipe
This protein packed, healthy baked oatmeal recipe is sure to become a favorite. It's simple and quick to make and you can choose any fruit you like!

- 3 cups oatmeal
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups fresh or frozen berries/fruit
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a 9x13 baking dish, add oatmeal, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, add milk, eggs, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix well
Add the wet ingredients to the oatmeal and mix well.
Add your choice of berries or fruit to the top.
slice pats of butter and dot around the oatmeal and fruit (use the amount of butter you'd like - I usually add 3-4 tbsp)
